Returns

We accept returns only in the following situations:

  • You received a damaged product.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Replacements

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a free replacement at no additional cost.

To request a replacement:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Send your order number.

  3. Share clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Refunds are available only if:

  • A replacement cannot be provided.

  • The ordered product is unavailable after payment.

  • We determine that a refund is the most appropriate solution.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

  • Products showing signs of use after delivery.

  • Customized or personalized products unless damaged or defective.

  • Orders where the customer changes their mind after shipment.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Damaged Packages

If you receive a visibly damaged package, please take photos before opening it and contact us immediately.
